Auto Marine's production facility in Manchester operates 24 hours per day - 5 days a week.

Our equipment list includes:

• 3 cable extrusion lines capable of producing over 2 million metres of cable per week
• Multi core lay up machine that lays up (twists together) the various cores prior to sheathing
• 10 semi automatic winding machines for rewinding cable from bulk drums onto smaller reels and boxes for resale

Manufactured Cables

• Single core cables 0.35mm² up to 10mm² with an extensive range of single colours, bi-colours and tri- colours.
• Battery/ Welding cables from 16mm² up to 150mm²
• Twin and multicore cables up to 15 cores

Conductors

• Plain annealed copper
• Tinned copper

Insulation Compounds

• Low temperature applications (Arctic Grade) down to -40°C
• High temperature environments up 125°C
• Flexible and extra flexible
• Transparent or solid colours

Printing

• Text or numbers can be printed on cores, insulation and sheathing with either black or white ink

In line with customers requirements for specialised or non-standard cables, Auto Marine's Design Service is available subject to our manufacturing minimum order quantity.
