AUTO MARINE CABLES VOTED RUNNERS UP FOR BUSINESS EFFICIENCY

The North West region has achieved great success in helping suppliers in the manufacturing sector grow and this progress was showcased at the Engineering Employers Federation (EEF) Awards, which took place in Salford at the A.J.Bell Stadium on 11th February 2015.

Auto Marine Cables has been named a regional runner-up in the prestigious Business Efficiency Award at the EEF/Aldermore Future Manufacturing Awards.

The award celebrates the achievements of manufacturers that have successfully designed and delivered new operating practices to boost productivity and business performance. The company was selected by a panel of judges drawn from business leaders, industry experts and academics and was up against stiff competition from a range of businesses, small and large, from across the North West.

Commenting on receiving the award, Alan Ainscough, Operations Manager at Auto Marine said “This achievement is testament to our team’s hard work and we are absolutely delighted to have been recognised. It has put us on the map as a dynamic and innovative company, while recognising the valuable contribution made by local manufacturers. It is great to see that all our hard work has paid off.”

Leyton Jeffs, Regional Sales Director of Invoice Finance at Aldermore, says: “Congratulations to Auto Marine Cables on their well-deserved success. Business efficiency and the constant quest for better and more effective ways of doing things plays a critical part in companies’ success. Auto Marine Cables has to be applauded for taking great strides in boosting their competitiveness - this award is justly deserved.”
